Delivery Details
What you need to know about the delivery
- In Stock Items, when you order from
our range of hundreds of in stock items, and your order has been
processed we will attempt to advise you of the expected delivery.
Once your stock has been routed for delivery we will confirm this
24 to 48 hours prior to despatch. We regret that we are only able
to deliver to areas within mainland England, Scotland and Wales,
or to a port of your choice. Delivery to other locations, price on
application.
- Non Stock Items, approximate lead
times are quoted for all items, but because of our large volume
ordering we are often able to foreshorten these times, we will
advise you by email or telephone as soon as we know when the
product will be available and accordingly when we will be able to
deliver your items.
- Delivery Vehicles, Please check that
our delivery vehicles will be able to fit down your road. The vans
are approximately 8.5 metres long by 2.5 metres wide and 4.0
metres high.
- Delivery Days, Available days for
delivery are Monday - Friday, between the hours of 7.00am -
7.00pm. Some items may be available for a Saturday delivery at an
extra surcharge. Please email
capital beds with
details of your selected item(s) and a representative of Capital
Beds Ltd will be able to inform you whether your item(s) can be
dispatched for a Saturday delivery.
- Damaged or Defective Goods, In the
unlikely event of you receiving damaged or defective goods please
contact us immediately on 01924 213419 with your order number and
the items that are faulty or incorrect. We will arrange for
replacements to be despatched at the earliest possible date.
- Other Delivery
Information, contracted deliverers will not remove
existing pieces of furniture to help make room for newly delivered
products. Likewise, old pieces of furniture will not be taken
away. The customer must take the responsibility to organize the
removal and disposal of unwanted furniture
